You guys actually get the un-altered version… I had to fight YouTube tooth and nail to get a version with any audio up at all on there because YouTube’s new “Content ID” system would straight up NOT let me upload it.
I’ve been wanting to make something like this for quite a while, but my contract with Frederator not allowing me to make videos with copyrighted content made it rough. Now that my channel’s been cut off from the partnership program (inactivity lol), it felt somewhat freeing – I can make whatever I want without having to worry about yellow dollar symbols or Content ID match. (The irony of me typing this and then having to fight Content ID for six hours afterward lmfao)
Who knows what might happen – the last time I made an animatic with a popular song in the background, it ended up with over 200k views lol.
What matters is that this project somewhat renewed my love for storyboarding. I’ll talk more about that later. I want to have fun doing what I do again, and this is a step in the right direction. I might make more stuff like this…
